Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately, but colors may look slightly different on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion, for example if a product is listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Product use

Please read each product's description and follow its instructions. Heated products should be used as directed: don't use them while sleeping unless the product says it's safe to, and don't leave them unattended while switched on.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
