How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, and most arrive within 7 to 15 business days after shipping. Holiday periods can add a few days, so order gifts early. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order to the United States.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Do the heated products come with a power bank?

No. The Wearable USB Heated Blanket and USB Heated Vest are powered by a USB power bank, which is not included. Most standard power banks work. For the vest, a higher-output power bank (10W or more) heats faster and warmer. The Heated Shoulder & Neck Wrap plugs into a regular wall outlet and doesn't need a power bank.

How do the heated vest sizes run?

The vest runs 2 to 3 sizes smaller than typical US sizing. We recommend ordering 2 to 3 sizes up from your usual size.

Are heated products safe to use?

Follow the instructions included with your product. Don't leave heated items switched on while unattended, and turn them off before sleeping unless the product says otherwise.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it for free. Please contact us before sending anything back. See our Refund Policy for details.

My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Check your tracking link first. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
