Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after they ship. Delivery can take longer during the holiday season and peak sales periods, so please order early for gifts.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Late or lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us at support@boundlessbasket.com with your order number. We'll look into it and send a replacement or refund if your package is lost.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
